Downloading Photo Zip Files

When you enter your username and password a new window will open with your files listed. Right-click on the zip file you want to download
Select 'Save Target As . . .' from the menu which appears.
Choose where you would like to save the zip file (Desktop, My Documents, etc)
Click 'Save As'
Once the download is complete, find the zip file in the folder you saved it to and double-click on it
On the left side of the window, click 'Extract All Files' and follow the instructions
You photos will now be available as JPEGs in the folder you created during the extract process

Which size do I use?
Every house will be available in three sizes: Full Size, Print Size, and Web Size.

Full Size:
Use these files for print marketing done by a graphic designer, or Custom Xpress. These are the largest files, and are suitable for printing on large documents.

Print Size:
Use these for marketing materials you will print in your office. The full size images are often too large for office printers, and will cause delays during printing.

Web Size:
Use these for your web site & email only. These are too small to be used in print materials, and will print looking fuzzy or pixilated. For any printed materials, use the larger files in the print size or full size folders.

Common problems

Custom Xpress doesn't accept zip files
Solution:
Make sure you have gone through the process in #6 above to extract the photos out of the zip file. Though windows will show you the contents of the zip file, everything is still compressed inside it until you extract, or unzip.
